SOFT-JP（以下「運営者」）は、Tomeoki（以下「本サービス」）での利用者の情報の扱いを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 集める情報
- Google アカウントの情報: Google でログインしたときに受け取る識別子（sub）とメールアドレス。利用者の識別には識別子（sub）を使い、メールアドレスは使いません。パスワードは預かりません。
- 保存したデータ: 保存した URL、名前、メモ、タグ、優先度、印、リスト、公開の一言、保存した日時と方法（Web・共有・拡張機能）。
- 拡張機能で読む情報: 拡張機能のボタンを押したときだけ、そのタブのタイトル、URL、ページの見出し情報（og:type など）を読みます。
- 保存したページから読む情報: Web や共有から URL を保存したとき、本サービスのサーバーがそのページの見出し部分（<head>）だけを取りに行き、タイトルとアイコンの URL を読みます。アイコンの画像そのものは取りに行きません。
- コメントの IP アドレス: 公開のコメント（今後の機能）を書いたときの IP アドレスと日時。発信者情報の開示請求に備えるためです。
- アクセスの記録: サーバーやネットワークの記録（IP アドレス、日時、ブラウザの種類など）。不正な利用を防ぎ、障害を調べるために使います。
2. 利用目的
集めた情報は、本サービスの提供（保存・整理・公開リスト・書き出しなど）、本人の確認、問い合わせへの対応、不正な利用の防止のほか、次の目的に使います。
- 保存の集計による、人気の記事・商品やランキングの作成と表示
- 似た記事・関連商品のおすすめ
- 利用者が公開を選んだ感想・コメントの表示
- AI による要約など（本文を外部の AI の API に送って作ります。今後の機能です。始めるときは本サービス上でお知らせします）
- サービスの改善のための分析
集計・分析の決まり
- 個人を特定できない形で集計します。集計の記録には利用者の識別子を入れません。
- 集計の対象は、誰でも見られる種類の URL（大手の通販サイトの商品、ニュース・ブログなどの記事）だけです。文書・PDF、トークンなどを含む URL、ログインが必要なページは含めません。
- 保存した人が少ないもの（例: 5人未満）は、ランキングなどに出しません。
- 感想として使うのは、利用者が公開を選んだもの（公開の一言、コメント）だけです。非公開のメモは使いません。
- 設定画面の「自分の保存を集計に使わない」で、いつでも集計から外せます。外すと、それまで数えていた分も差し引きます。
3. 公開されるもの
利用者が公開にしたリストでは、リストの名前と説明、品の名前、サイト、公開の一言が、ログインなしで誰でも見られます。メモは公開されません。商品ページは、保存したかどうかにかかわらず同じ内容を出し、誰が保存したかは出しません。
4. 外部への送信（電気通信事業法の外部送信規律に基づく公表）
本サービスのページでは、次の事業者のプログラムを読み込み、または次の事業者のサイトへのリンクを置いています。これにより、利用者の端末から次の情報が各事業者に送られることがあります。

自分のリスト（非公開）とログインが必要な画面には、広告やアフィリエイト、アクセス解析のプログラムを置きません。Google アナリティクスでの情報の扱いは「Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用」をご覧ください。各事業者での情報の扱いは、各事業者のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
Google などの第三者の配信事業者は、Cookie を使って、利用者が本サービスやほかのサイトを訪れた履歴に基づく広告を配信します。Google は広告 Cookie を使うことで、利用者が本サービスやほかのサイトを訪れた履歴に基づいて、Google やパートナーが広告を配信できるようにしています。利用者は、Google の広告設定で、パーソナライズ広告を無効にできます。また、www.aboutads.info で、第三者の配信事業者の Cookie を無効にできます。詳しくは「広告」（Google）をご覧ください。
5. 第三者への提供と委託
法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。サーバーなどの運用は、クラウドの事業者（Amazon Web Services）に委託しています。AI による要約（今後の機能）を使うときは、その処理のために本文を外部の AI の事業者に送ります。
6. 保存の期間と削除
- 品、リスト、コメントは、利用者がいつでも削除できます。
- 設定画面からアカウントを削除すると、アカウント、リスト、保存したもの、メモをすぐに削除し、公開リストのページも消します。削除は取り消せません。
- コメントは本文を消し、IP アドレスと日時だけを一定期間（別途定める）残します。対応中の通報にかかわる情報は、対応が終わるまで残します。
- バックアップとアクセスの記録には、削除のあとも一定期間（別途定める）残り、その後に消えます。
- Google の側で本サービスとの連携を解除しても、データは消えません。消したいときは、設定画面からアカウントを削除してください。
7. 開示などの求め
保存したデータは、設定画面の「書き出し」でいつでも取り出せます。そのほかの開示・訂正・利用停止などの求めは、下の窓口にご連絡ください。
8. 変更
このポリシーを変えるときは、本サービス上でお知らせします。利用目的を大きく変えるときは、必要に応じて同意をいただきます。

Privacy Policy
This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The Japanese version is the official text, and it prevails if the two differ.
SOFT-JP (the "Operator") sets out below how it handles users' information in Tomeoki (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
- Google account information: The identifier (sub) and email address we receive when you sign in with Google. We identify users by the identifier (sub) and do not use the email address. We never receive your password.
- Data you save: Saved URLs, names, notes, tags, priorities, marks, lists, public notes, and the date, time, and method of saving (web, share, or extension).
- Information read by the extension: Only when you press the extension's button, it reads the title and URL of that tab and the page's header information (such as og:type).
- Information read from saved pages: When you save a URL from the web or via share, the Service's server fetches only the header part (<head>) of that page and reads its title and icon URL. It does not fetch the icon image itself.
- IP addresses for comments: The IP address and date and time when you write a public comment (a future feature), kept in case of a request for disclosure of sender information.
- Access logs: Server and network logs (IP address, date and time, browser type, etc.), used to prevent misuse and investigate problems.
2. Purposes of use
We use the information we collect to provide the Service (saving, organizing, public lists, export, etc.), confirm your identity, respond to inquiries, and prevent misuse, and also for the following purposes.
- Creating and showing popular articles and products and rankings by aggregating saves
- Recommending similar articles and related products
- Showing impressions and comments that users have chosen to make public
- AI summaries and similar features (created by sending the text to an external AI API; a future feature that we will announce on the Service before starting)
- Analysis to improve the Service
Rules for aggregation and analysis
- We aggregate in a form that does not identify individuals. Aggregation records do not include user identifiers.
- Only URLs of kinds that anyone can view (products on major shopping sites, and articles such as news and blogs) are aggregated. Documents, PDFs, URLs containing tokens, and pages that require sign-in are excluded.
- Items saved by only a few people (for example, fewer than 5) are not shown in rankings and the like.
- Only what users have chosen to make public (public notes and comments) is used as impressions. Private notes are never used.
- You can exclude yourself from aggregation at any time with the "Don't use my saves for aggregation" setting. When you do, the counts made so far are also subtracted.
3. What is made public
For lists you make public, the list's name and description, and each item's name, site, and public note can be seen by anyone without signing in. Notes are not made public. Product pages show the same content whether or not you have saved the product, and do not show who saved it.
4. External transmission (published under the external transmission rules of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act)
Pages of the Service load programs from, or link to the sites of, the following companies. As a result, the following information may be sent from your device to each company.

We do not place advertising, affiliate, or analytics programs on your own (private) lists or on screens that require sign-in. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Service or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to the Service and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. For details, see "Advertising" (Google).
5. Provision to third parties and outsourcing
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. We outsource the operation of servers and the like to a cloud provider (Amazon Web Services). When we use AI summaries (a future feature), we will send the text to an external AI provider for that processing.
6. Retention and deletion
- You can delete items, lists, and comments at any time.
- When you delete your account from Settings, your account, lists, saved items, and notes are deleted immediately, and your public list pages are removed. Deletion cannot be undone.
- For comments, we delete the text and keep only the IP address and date and time for a certain period (to be determined separately). Information related to reports being handled is kept until handling is complete.
- Backups and access logs remain for a certain period (to be determined separately) after deletion, and are then erased.
- Disconnecting the Service on the Google side does not delete your data. To delete it, delete your account from Settings.
7. Requests for disclosure, etc.
You can retrieve your saved data at any time with "Export" in Settings. For other requests such as disclosure, correction, or suspension of use, please contact us below.
8. Changes
When we change this policy, we will announce it on the Service. When we significantly change the purposes of use, we will ask for your consent as necessary.
